UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE OS IMPACTOS SOCIAIS PROPORCIONADOS PELO DESENVOLVIMENTO E DIFUSÃO DE TECNOLOGIAS ASSISTIVAS

Resumo

As Tecnologias Assistivas (TAs) têm desempenhado papel fundamental na promoção da inclusão, autonomia e qualidade de vida, mas seus impactos sociais ainda carecem de sistematização. Nesse sentido, este artigo objetiva mensurar, classificar e priorizar os efeitos psicossociais, econômicos e as barreiras à adoção de TAs. Foram aplicadas as diretrizes PRISMA para análise de 20 artigos, mapeando stakeholders e codificando atributos de impacto. Os resultados indicam que os aspectos psicossociais, em especial a valorização social e a participação, foram os mais relevantes, enquanto fatores econômicos e de equidade de acesso permanecem como desafios pouco explorados. Conclui-se que o framework proposto constitui uma ferramenta eficaz para apoiar decisões estratégicas em políticas públicas, desenvolvimento tecnológico e práticas interdisciplinares voltadas à adoção e difusão de TAs.
